Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing customer-focused teams in fitness, hospitality, restaurant, or similar industry
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong leadership, team building, and coaching skills
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to continually stand and walk during shift
- Ability to continually talk to members and potential members in person and on phone during shift
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee entire club operation and management ensuring positive member experience and operational excellence
- Create a welcoming environment to ensure excellence in member services
- Interview, hire, and train new staff
- Ensure proper staffing and coverage based on business needs
- Conduct evaluations and performance reviews for all staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly club
- Ensure club profitability and financial success
- Ensure the safety and protection of employees and members
- Handle timecard administration and follow all policies related to employee pay
- Train staff on and execute local and national promotions
