Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Preferred 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Must meet state mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Ability to use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and provide rewards or disciplinary actions
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to management team
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, schedules, and financial reports
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses
- Oversee food portion control and inventory processes
- Optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
