Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven management experience in a restaurant setting
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and be mobile for up to 10 hours
  • capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to company values and culture

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • degree or equivalent in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
  • Serve Safe Food certification is a plus
  • demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • provide outstanding leadership to the team
  • supervise up to 60 staff members to ensure top-quality service
  • maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
  • manage staffing and scheduling to meet sales demands
  • handle guest complaints and ensure guest contact priority
  • control costs by managing the Profit and Loss statement
  • promote safety, security, and compliance with health standards
