Job Duties

  • Lead performance management activities with staff including goal setting coaching and performance reviews
  • Assist in employee selection and development for increased responsibilities
  • Partner with HR for recruiting high-performance employees
  • Oversee onboarding training new employees including compliance requirements
  • Ensure completion of ongoing training per company standards
  • Motivate managerial staff to maximize productivity aligning team goals
  • Enforce store policies procedures and productivity standards
  • Monitor and document staff performance with HR support
  • Oversee employee scheduling ensuring coverage during peak times
  • Audit and verify payroll including commissions bonuses tips
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate promotions goals and trends
  • Maintain safe clean and secure store environment
  • Improve operational execution adhering to safety standards
  • Communicate equipment maintenance needs and oversee repairs
  • Collaborate with supervisors to optimize store performance and staff development
  • Ensure exceptional store experience to engage retain customers
  • Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • Make timely decisions on customer service issues
  • Report daily appointments revenue and calls
  • Report safety and medical incidents formally
  • Drive store sales through memberships packages and retail while meeting sales metrics
