Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations and management
  • hospitality industry experience including theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants required
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to maintain professional conduct and grooming

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and provide mentorship to the staff to further develop their skills
  • cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
  • implement and execute all staff training programs
  • assist in selecting and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers
  • lead and influence managerial staff through effective motivation
  • ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs
  • maintain a strong community presence through partnerships
  • maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff
  • oversee operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property
  • improve operational execution by adhering to standards
  • provide direction to management team
  • promote positive employee relations and high staff morale
  • hold managers accountable for departmental goals
  • monitor online reviews to improve guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
