Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong math skills including ability to make correct monetary change
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must follow company policies and procedures consistently
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic math and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations during shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of team members
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary goals
