This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, which functions as a separate business entity distinct from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's renowned logos and food products, delivering the famous fast-food dining experience customers expect. However, employment decisions and shifts in this restaurant are managed solely by the local franchisee, not McDonald's corporate offices. Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Have previous General Manager experience running high volume restaurants
- Demonstrate knowledge of quick service restaurant operations or related hospitality experience
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail sectors
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals with the Supervisor and create actionable plans to meet them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
- Monitor progress on goals and provide guidance and feedback
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong management team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
