Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in multi-unit retail leadership
  • Knowledge of retail math and KPIs
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Mobility to stand, walk, climb, crouch, bend, push or pull frequently
  • Ability to lift 0-60 lbs
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3 years plus experience in multi-unit leadership in a retail environment
  • Understand Retail Math including all KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for phenomenal customer service

  • Comfortable managing a team
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Organized, detail oriented, strong time management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage sales, shrink and all controllable expenses
  • Effectively and proactively recruit and develop store teams
  • Manage team to ensure progressive improvement of store performance
  • Partner with property management and maintain continuous communication
  • Comply with all company policy and procedures and hold teams accountable
  • Utilize performance appraisals and continuous coaching to develop management
  • Ensure management and sales staff is trained and developed to meet company expectations
  • Maintain well-documented financial controls and accountability
  • Ensure a clean, fresh and orderly store environment
  • Effectively communicate with District Manager regarding any employee issues
  • Collaborate with buying team to ensure inventory and stock levels are in line to maximize business
  • Oversee the effective merchandising of inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned
