Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership role experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to effectively manage staff and operations
- capacity to enforce safety and health regulations
- proficiency with computer systems
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- reward and discipline employees including terminations
- shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- meet and greet guests while resolving food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA and safety code compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, financial reports, and schedules
- manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- perform all other assigned duties
