Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- college degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in restaurant operations
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- reliable personal transportation
- accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with reliable communication method
- able to work flexible hours including a standard 47.5 hour work week
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand and work long hours
- ability to bend, stoop, and work around heat
- able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- willingness to work in close quarters
- ability to use basic computer applications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college degree preferable
- good verbal and written communication skills
- bilingual skills a plus
- 3 to 5 years in management positions preferably in restaurant experience including full-service, fast food or convenience stores
- valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- ability to get results through others
- organizational, planning and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving and investigative skills
