Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- Reward and discipline employees including terminations
- Address complaints and resolve problems efficiently
- Shape and maintain a high level of employee engagement and foster positive culture
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- Assist team members with job duties occasionally
- Champion sales building activities including suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost and profit control
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food, labor, and review financial reports
- Manage P&L including food cost, labor cost, and other controllable expenses
- Control food costs through recipe and portion control
- Manage labor costs by optimizing scheduling
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other duties as assigned
