Job Duties
- Manage and lead all branch activities ensuring execution of key initiatives
- Oversee branch revenue, profit and loss, inventory management, and expense control
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to leadership and team
- Drive growth programs and develop relationships with referral sources
- Support sales teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Ensure quality customer experience and manage customer service team
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
- Provide ongoing training and development to all team members
- Facilitate performance management processes
- Foster a positive work culture promoting diversity and retention
- Conduct regular branch assessments and implement improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with HR to address employee and client concerns
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
