Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to close the store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate meetings and conferences including overnight stays and interstate travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven success in financial management, including sales growth, payroll budgeting, and expense control
  • Demonstrated retail management experience with inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising execution
  • Leadership experience in attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills for multitasking
  • Ability to react under pressure, show good judgment, and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
  • Address issues from financial and operational reports to achieve store goals
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance and enforce attendance policy
  • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent
  • Address policy violations and enforce corrective actions
  • Build a highly engaged, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
  • Lead manager and associate development through training, coaching, reviews, and succession planning
  • Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and operational standards
  • Use scheduling and task management tools effectively
  • Protect assets and minimize loss through inventory control and workplace safety
  • Communicate business trends and operational challenges to field leadership
  • Support continuous improvement by adopting new initiatives and technology
