Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and operational skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- physical capability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
- effective communication skills
- capable of handling administrative tasks like scheduling and inventory
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on leadership skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a team
- experience with food cost control and labor management
- strong recruitment and talent development skills
- knowledge of p&l analysis beneficial
- excellent customer service skills
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- start early to manage first bake and store opening
- ensure store is audit ready and customer orders are executed
- provide hands-on support during rush hours
- manage employee breaks and drive positive customer survey results
- close and prep store for next day
- handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- take daily deposits to the bank
