Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • must successfully pass background check and motor vehicle record check
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar food service leadership role
  • prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • lead and manage all store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws
  • recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a best-in-class team
  • oversee food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
  • manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • maintain a positive and safe work environment
  • communicate effectively with staff and customers
