Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- must successfully pass background check and motor vehicle record check
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar food service leadership role
- prior experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- lead and manage all store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
- ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws
- recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a best-in-class team
- oversee food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- maintain a positive and safe work environment
- communicate effectively with staff and customers
