Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- Knowledge of OSHA, health, safety codes, and company environment requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle conflict
- Ability to manage cash and inventory controls
- Ability to provide a safe work environment
- Basic math and computer skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior creating a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and variances to management team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, labor management, and financial reporting
- Manage profit and loss including food and labor costs
- Follow recipes and portion control to regulate food costs
- Schedule employees and monitor sales performance to manage labor costs
- Ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
