Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years management experience in food and beverage including at least 1 year as a General Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
- Solid working knowledge of beer and spirits
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Exceptional knowledge of financials such as budgets, cost control, labor scheduling and forecasting

Job Duties
- Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making
- Support staff and engage 100% with guests
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
- Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
- Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
- Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
- Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Lead and live by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy)
