Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in food and beverage including at least 1 year as a General Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate hospitality on all levels
  • Solid working knowledge of beer and spirits
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
  • Exceptional knowledge of financials such as budgets, cost control, labor scheduling and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Manage all areas of operations during scheduled shifts including on-the-spot decision making
  • Support staff and engage 100% with guests
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
  • Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards
  • Act as a support system for all areas of the restaurant
  • Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant
  • Maintain a spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times
  • Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality
  • Lead and live by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy)
