Job Requirements
- minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServSafe certification required
- great communication skills
- proven ability to solve problems
- strong business acumen for financial statements and factors
- ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- lead restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

- oversee inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance
- analyze financial reports to make informed business decisions
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- schedule and coordinate employee shifts including weekends and holidays
- maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
