Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three to four years of experience leading people
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
  • Flexible work availability
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and handle weather-related conditions
  • Willingness to wear a headset and understand restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three to four years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading teams in a foodservice setting preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Some college experience or military background a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure high-quality customer service and food safety
  • Maintain and improve store sales and profit goals
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and standards
  • Handle scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
  • Travel to support other locations as needed
