Job Duties
- Create a great energy in the restaurant and set the team up for success
- Coach and motivate Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers and team members
- Recruit and develop top talent
- Create a fresh, friendly, and fast service experience
- Serve as the face and voice of the brand in the restaurant and community
- Develop sales forecasts and create schedules
- Monitor business operations including inventory and financials
