Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Operations experience in leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical job demands including standing for long periods and moving up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check required
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for some locations
Job Duties
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth
- Lead the charge for team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, and host community/in-store events
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local/state laws and regulations
- Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention
- Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
