Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual or ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to assist in all areas of restaurant operations

- Knowledge of P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build high-performing teams
- Manage business aspects including P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Ensure food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences to maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist team members as needed to support restaurant operations
