Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations or management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual or ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to assist in all areas of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to build high-performing teams
  • Manage business aspects including P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Ensure food safety and restaurant cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Assist team members as needed to support restaurant operations
