Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- must be willing and able to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, or grill
- secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally to other locations
- eligible to work in the country
- able to pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of food safety regulations (serv safe certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- ability to manage budgets and operational processes
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Duties
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
