Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • must be willing and able to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, or grill
  • secure reliable transportation to travel occasionally to other locations
  • eligible to work in the country
  • able to pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations (serv safe certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • ability to manage budgets and operational processes
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
