Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and decision making skills
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and devise plans to achieve them
- Lead and manage a team of Department and Shift Managers to ensure effective operations
- Support recruitment, hiring, and development of management staff to build a strong leadership team
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed
