Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Manager Food Handler Certification required
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and nights
  • Ability to maintain safe and sanitary workspace
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • Manage performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • Communicate job expectations and operational issues to District Manager
  • Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate record keeping
  • Resolve food preparation and customer service issues
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety procedures
