Job Requirements
- ServSafe certified
- certified Moe's Manager
- college degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- valid drivers license
- eligible to work in the United States
- background check agreement

Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience is a must
- a combination of related experience and education will be considered
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- must possess a valid drivers license

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service and cleanliness
- respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to retain guests
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
- interview prospective employees and ensure staffing steps are followed
- develop all team members with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- create a welcoming work environment recognized in the community
- enforce sanitary practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- maintain professional image including cleanliness and appearance
- manage food flow for quality and low waste
- ensure security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- ensure a safe environment to reduce injury risks
- complete reports for incidents timely
- manage shift operations effectively
- investigate and address mystery shopper complaints
- meet sales, labor, and cost goals adhering to Sterling standards
- analyze profit and loss statements to improve profitability
- complete financial reporting accurately and timely
- book one spirit night per month per policy
- maintain a strong community presence through involvement
