Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be willing to work variable schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must have ability to operate Windows and company approved technology
- Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol where applicable
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must be able to handle stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have basic market knowledge
- Must be able to perform physical demands of standing long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to travel as required
- Must be able to read, write, and interpret business and safety documents in English

- Preferred Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree
- Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in hospitality or related industries
Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces to ensure friendly service and cleanliness
- Onboard new team members following the onboarding checklist
- Complete all daily summary and night audit processes according to policy
- Prepare and complete shift handover reports and upload required daily reports
- Oversee adherence to brand standards and conduct quality assurance audits
- Enforce attire standards and friendly guest greetings
- Certify up-to-date fire and life safety inspections and address deficiencies
