Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4 to 6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock, and register area

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work for staff
- appraise performance and manage employee rewards and disciplinary actions
- shape restaurant culture and maintain high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to enhance success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service complaints
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors to protect guests and crew
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash controls, inventory, food and labor costs, and financial reporting
- oversee P&L management including food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses
- control food costs through recipe adherence and portion control
- optimize labor schedules using company tools
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility condition and company assets
- perform other assigned duties
