Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • skilled in analyzing Profit and Loss statements

Job Duties

  • manage all aspects of restaurant operations including local marketing and profit and loss statements
  • oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • lead community connection and fundraising activities
  • analyze financial statements and manage budgets
  • foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • develop and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence
