Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to perform job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot and cold environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • set high standards and create a positive work atmosphere
  • develop yourself and others through continuous self-improvement and supporting team success
  • manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • conduct regular people planning including coaching, training, and corrective actions
  • consistently create CAVA fanatics by delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • achieve results by taking ownership of every shift
  • foster collaboration with others to find group success
  • adapt to change by solving problems through an open-minded approach
  • assist with additional duties as assigned
