Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot and cold environments

Job Duties
- oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
- set high standards and create a positive work atmosphere
- develop yourself and others through continuous self-improvement and supporting team success
- manage people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- conduct regular people planning including coaching, training, and corrective actions
- consistently create CAVA fanatics by delivering exceptional guest experiences
- achieve results by taking ownership of every shift
- foster collaboration with others to find group success
- adapt to change by solving problems through an open-minded approach
- assist with additional duties as assigned
