Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years experience in restaurant leadership
- prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekends
- able to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and manage employee rewards and discipline including terminations
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- enforce OSHA, safety codes, and company safety policies
- promote safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food cost, labor cost, and other controllables
- control food costs by enforcing recipes and portion control
- manage labor costs through scheduling tools
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
