Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age laws where applicable
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Successful background check and participation in E-Verify

- Preferred 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and business initiatives
- Assist team members as needed
- Champion sales building and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales
- Meet and greet guests
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash procedures, inventory, and schedules
- Manage P&L including food and labor costs
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Perform all other assigned duties
