Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to two years of related experience or training
  • Serve-Safe certification
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to perform mathematical calculations and reason critically

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • proficiency in company operating systems and procedures
  • knowledge of supervisory, planning, and budgeting practices
  • experience with training and development
  • understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to analyze business reports and prepare correspondence

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations and staff
  • execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
  • oversee staffing, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • analyze P&L statements and implement corrective actions
  • plan and budget for operational needs
