Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years of related experience or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform mathematical calculations and reason critically

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- proficiency in company operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of supervisory, planning, and budgeting practices
- experience with training and development
- understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
- strong communication skills
- ability to analyze business reports and prepare correspondence
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations and staff
- execute company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
- oversee staffing, interviewing, and hiring processes
- analyze P&L statements and implement corrective actions
- plan and budget for operational needs
