Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Capability to handle physical demands such as bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods
  • Ability to maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Comfort working in varying temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
