Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work conditions
  • Capacity to maintain safety and alertness at all times

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused environment
  • Develop yourself and others through continuous self-improvement and support
  • Manage four-wall operation including inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable including corrective actions when necessary
  • Consistently create enthusiastic customer experiences and inspire teams to do the same
  • Achieve operational results with ownership and pride
  • Foster collaboration with others for group success
  • Adapt to change with open-minded problem solving
  • Assist with additional duties assigned
