Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adapt to changing work conditions
- Capacity to maintain safety and alertness at all times

Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant operations and team members
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure guest-focused and team-focused environment
- Develop yourself and others through continuous self-improvement and support
- Manage four-wall operation including inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable including corrective actions when necessary
- Consistently create enthusiastic customer experiences and inspire teams to do the same
- Achieve operational results with ownership and pride
- Foster collaboration with others for group success
- Adapt to change with open-minded problem solving
- Assist with additional duties assigned
