Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • physical and/or medical requirements
  • must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate
  • availability to work minimum 5 day, 50 hour work week
  • open availability including nights and weekends
  • able to work varied schedules including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
  • transportation as business needs require
  • willingness to work anywhere on the island
  • commitment to safety practices
  • ability to manage employees and operations effectively
  • adherence to company policies and government laws

  • willingness to work variable schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prioritize, direct, and coordinate restaurant activities to maximize sales and profitability
  • cover 100% of shifts with Managers in Charge capable of running great shifts
  • ensure adequate staffing in all key positions for every shift
  • actively develop succession plans for key management positions
  • maintain high employee morale through fair treatment, timely evaluations, and urgent resolution of concerns
  • teach and delegate recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluation processes
  • control inventory and labor costs by understanding KPIs and managing variances
  • follow up daily on sales, cost of sales, and cost of labor variances
  • verify and sign off on weekly and period-end inventories and payroll for accuracy
  • troubleshoot and correct operational variances
  • deliver attentive, hospitable, and quick customer service on all shifts
  • ensure good food quality and a clean, sanitary environment
  • uphold and communicate Group and Brand standards and initiatives
  • maintain exterior and interior grounds and facilities and correct asset deficiencies promptly
  • create a safety-first store culture and strictly enforce safety policies
  • respond urgently to all safety concerns
  • work a minimum 50-hour work week including nights, weekends, and varying schedules as required
  • perform other duties as assigned
