Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • previous hotel General Manager experience required
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • full-service hotel experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple departments
  • financial management experience
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and employee development
