Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- previous hotel General Manager experience required
- Marriott experience preferred
- full-service hotel experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple departments
- financial management experience
- commitment to guest satisfaction and employee development
Job Qualifications
