Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership role experience required
- 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- compliance with state mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands for handling tasks
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate
- ability to use various types of vision
- ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock, and registers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- assign and direct work activities
- appraise employee performance and discipline as necessary
- foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales-building activities and optimize table turnover
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, and scheduling
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
