Job Requirements

  • Minimum 20 years old
  • Available to work 40 hours a week
  • Serve safe certification
  • Complete all department and LDM training
  • Complete restaurant leadership training
  • HU graduate
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Preferred prior restaurant management experience

  • Prior experience in a restaurant management role preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant team
  • Hire, train, and supervise employees
  • Ensure they follow company policies and procedures
  • Address customer concerns and complaints
  • Ensure that customers receive high quality service and food
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits
  • Track performance against targets
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • Operate efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with other managers
  • Implement new initiatives
  • Ensure consistent performance across locations
