Job Requirements

  • Education or equivalent experience in hospitality management
  • Previous general manager experience
  • Strong background in sales and marketing
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for flexible shifts and varied working hours

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates and drive financial success
  • Manage daily staff operations and serve as an ambassador for the hotel and brand
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and utilize dynamic revenue management techniques
  • Build and develop an effective, motivated team
  • Maintain strong owner relations partnerships
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold service culture
