Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to multiple stores
- Ability to perform physical inspections and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capacity to work in hot and cold environments

- Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
- Supervisory and leadership experience
- Experience planning and budgeting
- Strong interviewing practices

Job Duties
- Execute the store plan to achieve standards sales local marketing programs and profits
- Staff the restaurant including recruitment hiring and training of personnel
- Train and develop team members to maximize customer satisfaction
- Operate and maintain the store to ensure operational excellence
- Analyze profit and loss reports and take corrective measures
- Conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
- Travel to multiple store locations as needed
