Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Ability to stand for long periods without a break
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel to multiple stores
  • Ability to perform physical inspections and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capacity to work in hot and cold environments

  • Knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of Wendy's policies and procedures
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective actions
  • Supervisory and leadership experience
  • Experience planning and budgeting
  • Strong interviewing practices
  • Training and development skills

Job Duties

  • Execute the store plan to achieve standards sales local marketing programs and profits
  • Staff the restaurant including recruitment hiring and training of personnel
  • Train and develop team members to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Operate and maintain the store to ensure operational excellence
  • Analyze profit and loss reports and take corrective measures
  • Conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
  • Travel to multiple store locations as needed
