Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to two years related experience or training
  • ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
  • ability to write business reports and correspondence
  • strong mathematical skills including algebra and geometry
  • critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Serve-Safe Certified
  • completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • expertise in planning and budgeting
  • familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to conduct training and development
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the Wendy's restaurant
  • ensure execution of all company policies and procedures
  • provide leadership, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
  • conduct interviewing and hiring of staff
  • plan and manage budgeting and resource allocation
