Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years related experience or training
- ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
- ability to write business reports and correspondence
- strong mathematical skills including algebra and geometry
- critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Serve-Safe Certified
- completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- understanding of supervisory practices
- expertise in planning and budgeting
- familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to conduct training and development
- Serve-Safe Certification
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the Wendy's restaurant
- ensure execution of all company policies and procedures
- provide leadership, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- analyze profit and loss and implement corrective measures
- conduct interviewing and hiring of staff
- plan and manage budgeting and resource allocation
