Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
