Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment
