Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual environments
  • proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate teams
  • strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • experience managing schedules, labor, inventory, and daily operations
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • hands-on leadership style
  • proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • high school diploma
  • degree in business or restaurant studies a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of 8 - 14 employees to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction
  • manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures
  • recruit, hire, train, mentor, and hold team members accountable through feedback and performance management
  • create weekly schedules aligned with labor needs and business demand
  • maintain inventory levels, order supplies, track usage, and monitor cost controls
  • support payroll and employee record management
  • maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times
