Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast-casual environments
- proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate teams
- strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
- experience managing schedules, labor, inventory, and daily operations
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- hands-on leadership style
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- high school diploma
- degree in business or restaurant studies a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and coach a team of 8 - 14 employees to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction
- manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures
- recruit, hire, train, mentor, and hold team members accountable through feedback and performance management
- create weekly schedules aligned with labor needs and business demand
- maintain inventory levels, order supplies, track usage, and monitor cost controls
- support payroll and employee record management
- maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times
