Job Requirements
- Work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be available to close the store at least once per week
- attend corporate meetings and conferences with potential overnight and interstate travel
- maintain valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years in retail management or relevant experience
- proven financial management skills including sales growth, payroll, and expense control
- demonstrated retail management skills such as inventory monitoring and operational excellence
- leadership experience attracting and developing talent and leading through change
- proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- effective organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
- drive company profitability through operational excellence, sales growth, and expense control
- leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity
- address financial and operational issues to achieve store goals
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and sales
- stay informed about industry trends, products, and services
- maintain regular attendance and uphold attendance policies
- attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent and manage staffing needs
- address policy violations and enforce corrective actions per company procedures
- build a highly engaged team through collaboration and communication
- create an inclusive environment fostering associate growth and engagement
- lead manager and associate development including training, feedback, reviews, and succession planning
- participate in ongoing training and ensure team participation
- model open communication and align store goals with company strategy
- promote teamwork by working alongside management and setting priorities
- execute guest engagement initiatives to drive business results
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- use scheduling and task management tools for optimal operations
- protect company assets by enforcing standards on safety, inventory, cash management, and loss prevention
- execute inventory control processes and theft reporting
- support continuous improvement through adoption of initiatives and technology
- provide feedback to field leadership on business trends and store needs
