Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to work full-time with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • physical ability to work onsite and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management
