Job Requirements

  • work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate meetings and conferences with overnight stays and interstate travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • frequent use of computer, telephonic devices, and office supplies
  • continuous mobility during shift including bending, pushing, reaching, twisting
  • frequent lifting and moving up to 25 lbs.

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years retail management experience

Job Duties

  • promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling, maximize productivity, achieve goals, and complete work within budget
  • address financial and operational issues revealed in reporting and audits to meet store goals
  • perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
  • stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests
  • maintain prompt attendance and hold associates accountable to attendance policies
  • attract, hire, and retain diverse top talent, address staffing needs
  • enforce corrective action for policy violations in partnership with relevant departments
  • build a highly engaged, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
  • lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, reviews, and succession planning
  • ensure participation in ongoing training to drive development and sales
  • model open communication and goal alignment with company strategy
  • promote teamwork through clear direction and priority setting
  • execute guest engagement program to enhance business results
