Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a management position preferably in a restaurant
- ability to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week
- flexible availability to work varied hours as scheduled by the District Manager
- basic computer knowledge
- ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
- ability to work in environments with heat and close quarters
- ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- ability to use various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years in a management position preferably in a restaurant
- basic knowledge of computers
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management
- strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- team building skills
- problem solving skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Model and create an environment where the guest is always right

- uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- focus on guest satisfaction
