Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a management position preferably in a restaurant
  • ability to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week
  • flexible availability to work varied hours as scheduled by the District Manager
  • basic computer knowledge
  • ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in environments with heat and close quarters
  • ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • ability to use various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years in a management position preferably in a restaurant
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management
  • strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • team building skills
  • problem solving skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Model and create an environment where the guest is always right

  • develop and execute the business plan including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing

  • enforce all applicable labor laws
  • uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • focus on guest satisfaction
  • demonstrate high personal integrity and treat employees with honesty, respect, and dignity
