Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 4 years leadership experience
- experience in family or casual dining environment
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and manage discipline including terminations
- address complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor staff to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- oversee proper use of equipment and facility maintenance
- perform all other duties as assigned
