Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 4 years leadership experience
  • experience in family or casual dining environment
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and manage discipline including terminations
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor staff to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
  • assist team members with duties as needed
  • champion sales activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations and cost controls
  • ensure compliance with OSHA and health and safety codes
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • control cash, inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting
  • manage P&L including food and labor costs
  • oversee proper use of equipment and facility maintenance
