Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of two years supervisory experience
  • at least 18 years of age
  • Serv Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
  • checks product quality and communicates with customers
  • effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
  • conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations and policies
  • develops and maintains sales levels using local store marketing
  • monitors utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
  • analyzes profit and loss statements and takes corrective action
  • controls restaurant inventory through an established system
  • uses approved labor guidelines and develops labor schedules
  • manages cash control and makes daily bank deposits
  • reports accidents and incidents promptly
  • maintains safe work environment and ensures health department compliance
  • communicates hiring, promotions, and employee status changes to Area Coach
  • processes payroll
  • conducts performance reviews and maintains personnel files
  • utilizes preventive maintenance system
  • attends meetings with District Manager
  • performs all required administrative paperwork
