Job Requirements

- minimum of two years supervisory experience
- at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- checks product quality and communicates with customers
- effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handle complaints
- conduct meetings with team members and management for planning, training, and reviewing operations and policies
- develops and maintains sales levels using local store marketing
- monitors utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- analyzes profit and loss statements and takes corrective action
- controls restaurant inventory through an established system
- uses approved labor guidelines and develops labor schedules
- manages cash control and makes daily bank deposits
- reports accidents and incidents promptly
- maintains safe work environment and ensures health department compliance
- communicates hiring, promotions, and employee status changes to Area Coach
- processes payroll
- conducts performance reviews and maintains personnel files
- utilizes preventive maintenance system
- attends meetings with District Manager
- performs all required administrative paperwork
